01Foundations
Built in

A complete, modular experience

The native foundation of Gymios is in place on all three Apple devices.

Customized iPhone

Choice of spaces, modular home and settings that keep hidden data.

Guided training

Ready-made workouts, favorites, timers, explained exercises, home cardio, filtered search and progress.

Health and check-ins

Profile, centralized permissions, optional questionnaire and cross-referenced observations.

Assisted nutrition

Journal, hydration, OCR, barcodes and recognition for the user to confirm.

GPS outdoor activities

Walking, running, cycling, map, pace, routed paths and estimated elevation gain.

Mac and Watch

Overview on Mac, plus shortcuts, workouts and outdoor activities on your wrist.

Trophies and showcase

Vertical collection, three trophies per shelf, celebration and voluntary system sharing.

Community circle

Module off by default, private codes, invitations, blocking, reporting and separate consents. The HTTPS service is deployed; opening it awaits Apple’s production capabilities.

02Now
Being validated

From the simulator to real everyday use

These features already exist in the project, but won’t be presented as finished until the expected hardware or professional evidence is in.

01
Real iPhone and Apple Watch

Apple Health permissions, long GPS sessions, battery life, interruptions and continuity between devices.

02
Bluetooth FTMS equipment

Treadmill, bike and rower tested model by model, read-only and without unintended commands.

03
iCloud and Apple services

Planned routes, signing profiles, private sync and Game Center setup.

04
Accessibility and robustness

VoiceOver, large text sizes, contrast, performance and data migrations.

05
Sensitive content

The postpartum path and direct connection to glucose meters stay hidden in public releases until the required validations are done.

06
Community and coaches

The circle, encrypted profiles, consents and both HTTPS services are built in. Still to do: Apple production setup, moderation testing and the official review of the cards.

03Next beta
OS lab

More natural Apple features

New features from upcoming system versions stay optional. Gymios keeps working on already supported systems thanks to a standard fallback.

✦ On-device Apple Intelligence

Reorder Gymios observations that have already been calculated, on request and without diagnosis. No medical document or raw GPS track is sent to the model.

◉ Official effort zones

Show HealthKit heart rate zones during the workout and compare only equivalent setups.

⌁ Siri and Shortcuts

Open a workout, an outdoor activity, water, a meal or a check-in, while keeping the confirmation in Gymios.

▣ Improved food photos

Suggest a closed category on device when Vision, OCR or the barcode isn’t enough, without inventing the portion.

04Later
To explore

Growing the ecosystem

These ideas will be prioritized after feedback from the first phase, with no date announced until their value and safety are confirmed.

  • Community routesCreation, sharing, ratings, comments and moderation.
  • More devicesAdditional scales, readers and watches based on their official APIs.
  • Expanded libraryNew workouts and reviewed movements with a more precise demonstration.
  • Lab documentsExploring a scan to help with data entry, with confirmation and a strictly non-medical scope.
Our rule

A feature isn’t “finished” because it works in the simulator.

Bluetooth, GPS, Apple Health, Apple Watch and sensitive content require appropriate validation. Gymios remains a tool for information and personal support: the app doesn’t replace any health, sports or nutrition professional.
